Abstract
تم حساب دالة التوزيع الالكترونات المعجلة بمجال كهربائي وكذلك حساب عوامل الانتقال في مزيج غاز الالركون والهليوم والنتروجين , حيث رسمت دالة توزيع لطاقتها لكل من حالات المجال الكهربائي المسلط والمعبر على كثافة والعددية لغاز كذلك رسمت نتائج قيم عوامل الانتقال مثل سرعة الجرف والطاقة الميزة والحركية عند قيم مختلفة ل (4,2,0.8,0.6,0.4,0.2,0.1,10,8,6) تاون سيد على التوالي كدالة لنسبة المجال الكهربائي (E) الى الكثافة العددية للغاز(N)
