Abstract
تمت تنقية انزيم البروتييز المنتج من العزلة المحلية AEAL2 B.stearothermophilus لحد التجانس باستخدام المعاملة الحرارية وكروماتوغرافيا التبادل الايوني باستخدام المبادل الايوني ثاني اثيل امينواثيل سليلوز اذ تم فصل نوعين من البروتييزات وهي وكانت عدد مرات التقنية 5.6 و 9.8 بحصيلة 13 و 37 على التوالي.
