Abstract
تم الحصول على طوافرعديدة باستخدام العامل المطفر النايتروزكواندين ( MNNG) بتركيز 1000 ملغم/مل والاكردينالبرتقالي بتركيز 2 ملغم/ مل . وجد بان هنالك علاقة بين فقدان صفة الانتاجية للمضاد من قبل العزلة Bacillus brevis Bb3 ومقامتها للمضاد الحيوي الستروبتومايسين حيث زادت مقاومة العزلات الطافرة خمسة اضعاف مقاومة العزلة البرية.
